Dr. David Leigh Hartzell is a long-time resident of Cumberland County and began his medical career working alongside his father. In 2012 he bought the practice and has enjoyed renovating the building and making changes necessary for growth and improvement in patient care. He is a graduate of Houghton College with a degree in biology/pre-med and obtained his medical degree from Penn State Hershey College of Medicine. Dr. Hartzell completed his residency at the State University of New York in Syracuse.
